i have HAD ENOUGH. without windows changing my DAMN SETTINGS all the time, i now cannot do ANYTHING because of network service using ALL of my bandwith. my windows updates are OFF for the next 31 days, BITS is OFF, and delivery optimisation is ALSO off (edit: THIS IS THE PROBLEM. the clickdown says its delivery optimisation that is using my bandwith). EVERY "answer" i have tried to get rid of this GOD FORSAKEN service has FAILED. I AM DONE. someone, please give me an ACTUAL solution other than binning windows and moving back to mac or trying linux.
