I had a licences version of windows 10 on my computer. Then I got a prompt to upgrade for free to windows 11. So I did. That install went fine and I was then playing around with free downloaded themes to change the look of the desktop. I decided on a theme and tried to use chrome to browse the internet and do some work. Chrome began behaving very strangely like the screen would lock up and then scroll down very fast as I was trying to browse.
