Show saved Passwords in Windows

Hello there,i have a problem. Im searching for saved Passwords for Windows Apps and not for Webs like Chrome etc. I need to find where my Autologin Password is saved for an App since it asked me now after 4 years for my Password and i dont have it anymore(no email access). I only find solutions for Passwords saved in Web but i need to find them where they stored for windows Apps!Ty!
