How to transfer a deleted Microsoft Store App to another device from a local account?

I downloaded a free app which was deleted from the Microsoft Store using a local account. This app is still functional and I am still able to regularly use this app. Since I downloaded this app using my local account and not a Microsoft account is there a way to transfer the apps files so that I can use the app on another device?
