Windows Update Something went wrong, Try to reopen Settings Later,how do I fix this?

I have recently had an issue with malware,however using malware bites i think that i have managed to remove it,eversince that my windows update wont work.I have tried to update the orchestrator service but now this pops up when i try to update my system: "There were some problems installing updates, but we’ll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80070424)".I have scanned my pc multiple times with malwarebytes it says that no threats are detected.I also used Autorun and couldnt find any harmful files.What do i
