Cant activate my windows 10 on new PC

Hi! Can somebody help me?I recently bought a new PC and i wanted to reinstall my windows 10 on the new pc. I have Win 10 home retail version. But after the installation my licence key is not accepted...0x803fa067. What can i do? I inserted screen shoots. Sorry for my english, my native is not english :)
