When I want to log in my account is locked. It's as if it is disabled. I have no idea why this is locked as nothing has been done against Microsoft rules. To reactivate him, he is asked to enter his phone number and an SMS will be sent with a security code: "Enter your phone number and we will send you a security code". Problem: I receive an error message, regardless of the phone number used. I tested 3 different phone numbers. "We cannot send text messages to this number." However, sending a message is the only solution to reactivate the account. I cannot request a code to be sent by email
