My windows 10 speaker is making glitchy, cracking noises and freezes while watching videos online

Why my laptop speaker is making buzz glitch noise and freezes for a second when I watch a videos online? I tried different steps like updating drivers speaker, disable enhancements, using a earlier version of the sound driver and changing high definition audio but all those won't work. Is there a way to fix it?
