Dell Laptop Doesn't Recognize My Hotspot All of a Sudden

I've been using my hotspot to connect my Dell Inspiron 7370 laptop for several days and now the laptop doesn't see the hotspot at all. It doesn't show under "show all networks". But if I go to add the network, the laptop says, "Network already exists." The error message and most of what the user RMadison46 copied and pasted on 12/11/2017 about the same error message applies here. I can't copy and paste because I can't get on the Internet with the laptop to send it to my phone.
