Netflix and Amazon Prime don't function anymore since last Windows Update

Since Windows has updated to KB5028166 (OS Builds 19044.3208 and 19045.3208), I cannot watch videos on Netflix and Amazon Prime anymore. As soon as I start a movie on one of these two services, the screen turns black and my Denon Denon AV Receiver (AVR-S660H) displays the message "Your TV does not support HDCP 2.2". If I turn the AV receiver completely off and on again, the video will play however.I am using an Intel® NUC (NUC8i3BEK2) and it does not have HDCP 2.2 support. HDCP 2.2. is specificely for UHD or 4K video. However, I am just streaming videos in simple HD format. Therefore this erro
