Hello,I've been trying to fix this issue for almost 2 years, and I still need help to fix it.When I game offline, all my games run smooth(but not always), but when I play games online, I get micro stutters (almost like motion blur like stuttering), and the micro stutters add input lag to the games. Teammates and enemies sometimes seem like they have either fast or uneven movement making it unusually harder to react and track them. GSYNC does NOT help the issue. I've tried to disable Fullscreen optimizations, and high dpi scaling override, those setting did not work.My current pc is the followi
