Computer unable to update, gets stuck in cycle of attempting to update and then failing on boot up

For a few months now, my computer has had windows updates to install but they always fail. This makes restarting the computer very slow since I have to wait for the updates to fail over and over before it allows me to log in. Checking the log these are some of the updates that I think it is having trouble with,2023-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5028166)2023-07 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5028244)Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5011048I've tried to fix this issue
