Im beyond annoyed and confused, the top buttons of my keyboard don't work (most of them) or do another function which isn't what im asking for and this came along with screen lag when I play video, my sound quality is very rough and twitches?? all out of nowhere and at the same time, iv refreshed, I've shut down my computer, I've updated to latest windows, and I've done multiple recommended things. I've run out of ideas (I'm on a Lenovo Ideapad, ryzen 5000 series, and Radeon graphics) any help would be helpful thank you
