I cant boot windows "no device drivers were found"

I have just finished a PC build and when booting windows it tells me "No device drivers were found".I tried to use an entirely different USB stick and install using Rufus but this was a failure. Is there any way for me to boot my computer?? my motherboard is PRIME H310M-K R2.0 and my processor is Intel Core i5-9400F HELP
