How to fix windows activation

Hi, i recently reset my pc as I was having issues. After reinstall it has apparently installed windows 10 enterprise and not 10 pro like I used to have and now I cant activate windows, it says there is no key found on my device yet obviously it was there before reinstall. What should I do, without needing to buy a whole new key?
