How do I fix error code 0x80070002 and 0x80240022 for 2 user

for 0x80070002 i tried SoftwareDistribution\Download directory and download patch from window page , issue still same 0x80240022 for this i keep spam update and date is correct (if i not mistaken ) issue still same need help asap
