My PC randomly stutters and glitches sounds, sometimes it even restarts. I've tried replacing RAM but it did nothing, I've tried using an older driver for my GPU but it didn't work, I even updated my BIOS and still nothing. Today it got even worse because at some point I couldn't even use the PC since the stutters were that bad. Do you guys think a fresh Windows install would fix it?
