Hello, I have this threat that keeps popping up. Every time I run a quick scan or full scan or even a Microsoft Defender (offline scan) and take action towards it I keep getting the same threat. After a full scan it says "0 treats found" but it keeps saying the following... "There may be threats on your device. After scan is complete, you can review the threats found".I also open the following file: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts in notepad and this is what it shows to me: If there is any need for additional information let me know.I would like support from anyone who can help me to get
