Hello,I've been dealing with this issue for a very long time. I've given up multiple times spent hours trying to do this. I got new ram, a new harddrive and still gets stuck. I am using a disk of windows 10 and did a fresh install on a fresh harddrive. It used to give me an error message on the old harddrive but now it just gets in a update loop. It will update in the windows update assistant when it restarts to finish updating, it will show my bios screen, then everything goes black inactive my keyboard and mouse also show no signs of being on.
