Over this last week I have discovered that every time I have tried to open the Taskbar Settings on this Computer (details attached) they will not open. I get as far as opening the Personalization Settings, and when I click on Taskbar from the left panel it just not open. I have tried going into the Control Panel & open it from there & also right clicking on the Taskbar and opening the taskbar settings straight from here it doesn't make any difference it just won't open up. It just does nothing.Just now and for awhile a few days ago when I tried to open Edge that won't open either. I us
