I've been led in circles trying to contact customer support about a Windows issue after a bios update. I've followed every question page and forum that I could to resolve the issue but all of the answers lead me back to "Contact Customer Support". Well I submitted a support request (a few of them because the instructions were a bit unclear) over 24 hours ago and attached some images of the error codes I was getting and I haven't heard back from them since. All I've received is an email saying that they've opened a case for me. How long does it take to get a response usually?
