Cannot install Windows Update 2023-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 2016 servers

We have an AWS server named PCLAWWINUSMAP01. We are repeatedly encountering different types of error codes. Right now, we are facing error code 0x8024002e. I will attach a document showing all the different error codes we received.We have tried different methods to resolve it from online articles and Microsoft Support forums, but are still unable to fix the issue. The update file seems to be corrupted, but it will not allow us to download the update from our WSUS server. 2 weeks ago, the server was able to detect and download the 2023-07 Cumulative Update from our WSUS server.
