windows error code 0x80070424 with ransomware please help!!!!!!!

i think my computer is caught in ransomware, but the services.msc file won't open. And the extesion name of almost all files has been changed to invechmh, and Windows Update is not possible. Please tell me what to do,and HELP!!!!!
