I have Windows 10. About three weeks ago i used a program (iStitch2) successfully, but yesterday, when I tried to open the program it failed. When clicking on the icon, a wheel appears for 2-3 seconds then disappears, so no error message is generated. Nothing is shown in Task Manager, when I do this. I have; checked for malware, checked the Registry, tried a different account, used the DSIM and scannow tools. I have uninstalled and re-installed. I have also tried a force start from the Command prompt but again I get the wheel. System Info:OS Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.19045 Build 19045Model 8
