need to factory reset this laptop but i can’t get into it. i’ve forgotten my password and i don’t remember the answers to the security questions.

i’ve tried almost every password i can think of and i’ve tried answering the security questions many times. the reason i need to get in so bad is because i need to factory reset it because it is going to someone else.
