Why won't my Dell laptop connect to the Wi-Fi hotspot of my Android phone?

I am facing an issue with my Dell laptop's Wi-Fi connectivity. My Dell laptop is running on windows 10. It is unable to connect to the Wi-Fi hotspot of my Android phone, specifically the Redmi 12C hotspot. However, my Dell laptop can connect to some other mobile hotspots without any problems.The strange thing is that other mobile devices and different laptops can easily detect and connect to the Redmi 12C hotspot. But when I try to search for available hotspots on my Dell laptop, it doesn't display the Redmi 12C hotspot in the list of available networks.I have tried restarting both the phone a
