My laptop has updated and has an old email address I don't use anymore, also the recovery email my partner doesn't use and we cant access.When I type in all the information it says I haven't supplied enough details but its asking for Skype costs xbox costs etc which I haven't used in years, how can I get round this please as really need to access my laptop, I have tried to go back to before upgrade but its still asking for the password, it looks like it has changed my normal password to access to a Hotmail one, please help
