BSOD Store Data Structure Corruption on Windows 10

Hi, I'm getting from time to time a BSOD with "Store Data Structure Corruption" error code. I've run already following commandsism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealthDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealthDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth but I'm still getting this error. I also checked the RAM memory with the Memtest, it took about 4 hours and was finished without errors.Here's a dump file from last crash:080423-12703-01.dmp you please give me some advice?
