I have just installed Japanese Windows 10 to a PC that is supposed to replace an older machine. During the installation of additional software or the copying of data from the old to the new PC, something has broken the language settings. Originally, the Windows display language was Japanese as expected.Now there is a mix of languages in the file explorer. For example, the quick access section on the left is named クイック アクセス as expected. The links to Desktop and Documents are in English.
