Can’t remember pin and can’t reset it because I can’t connect to the internet

I have a pin on the computer and can’t remember it for the life of me. I got a new Wi-Fi adapter and was told I can’t access the internet until I download a driver for it but I can’t download it until I get to the desktop but can’t get to the desktop because I don’t know my pin. (I’ve guessed for about 4 hours and have reset the PC multiple times) not sure what to do at this point to be honest. (Other than keep guessing)
