I have been trying to get my grandmother logged back into her computer after weeks of her being locked out because she doesn't know her pin. -Her desktop will ONLY accept her Pin-She knows her password-We can log into her microsoft account online-There is NO place to look at/reset her pin-There is no mention of a PIN anywhere in her account-All online and automated resources have been exhausted to NO AVAIL-There is no settings wheel to click on at all on the desktop in order to sign in with a password instead of pin-There is no option to switch user or log in safe mode-All of the places y'all'
