my pc screen keeps on blinking on and off when I unlock it. By that I mean when I unlock my pc the taskbar keeps showing and not showing while the screen is black. I can barely do anything cause its stuck on the same screen. I tried resetting it from the lockscreen cause the lockscreen works perfectly. By pressing shift and the restart button and clicking on the option to reset but it says "there was a problem resetting your pc. No changes were made". I use a windows 10. please try and help me fix my problem if more further questions are needed please send me an email and I will respond. Thank
