My computer is stuck on the bios screen after I got locked out due to getting My password wrong several times

I got and error message after I failed to type in the right password several times and after turning off the computer several times and waiting 2 hours it wouldn't go back to the original screen and is now stuck on the bios mode which says "please press DEL or f2 to enter UEFI BIOS setting" and pressing both of the buttons isent working how do I get passed this screen?
