Hi, I have windows 10 home on my HP laptop.Windows is constantly freezing up multiple times daily ever since the update circled in the SS I sent with this. Windows Defender and Malware bytes both say no malware or virus. When Windows freezes it freezes everything. Even when offline watching a video. When it freezes not even the "ctrl alt delete" nor task manager will work. I have waited as long as 20 minutes before finally forcing a power off shut down. I did uninstall that update and everything worked without freezing. I did 2 weeks later reinstall it and had no problem until a few days ago.
