what to do with GPU error code 43 on Laptop

My gpu has got this code 43 and i have try many ways to fix it, but no solution. I Updated the drivers, and uninstalled and installed the driver, i change windows and nothing i when back to drivers update of when it was properly working and still nothing. What should i do ?
