I just installed the latest systems update last night before shutting down my Dell laptop and this morning when I started it up I had a problem - the task bar at the bottom was blank (I usually have some apps there) and instead there was just a small blue spinning circle. Firefox browser and Thunderbird email client got hung when trying to open them. I was able to open a couple of apps but I could not get the Start window or file explorer. Is there some way to back out of this update? Have others been having problems with it? I think there was also a .NET update with it.
