I have long had a Bluetooth problem that no-one seems to be able to resolve - can anyone help? I have a DELL Optiplex 3010 with NO Bluetooth card, so I bought a UB400 USB plugable from TP-Link via Curry's. When I download the CSR software [that TP-Link advise], the icon appears in the notification area of my Windows 10 PC. After Windows updates, it disappears, and the only way to restore the icon, and the Bluetooth functionality, is to uninstall then re-install the CSR software, a long and painful process.
