Asked for account code after factory reset

I performed a factory reset on a laptop (with preinstalled Windows 10) and then proceeded to sell it. However, when the person I sold it to tried to use it, he was given a username ("defaultuser01") for which he was requested a code in the Command prompt. I am not aware of any code we could use, what can be done in this situation? I should also mention that the past username was not defaultuser01. Should he be able to create another account or how could we get this code?
