Hi, I have been hunting for the answer to this issue for awhile and cannot seem to find a clear solution to my problem. As of the past couple months i have had an intermittent crash to black screen issue with my pc when it runs certain programs. The only way to pull it out of this black screen is to hard reset the computer by holding the power for 10 seconds and wait for reboot.
