Stuck on new Win 10 installation on DELL laptop

HelloI`m having an issue with a new Windows 10 installation of a new SDD. The laptop is a Dell Inspiron 7375, service BIOS 1.4.1.My friend's laptop had a faulty SDD, battery and power supply. We bought all 3 original and brand new.After installing everything I ran the diagnostics tool for the hardware and all tests passed (validation: 81040).But when I try to install Windows 10 from a bootable USB, problems arise. First, when I just turn it on, I will get the Dell SupportAssist screen with a NO BOOTABLE DEVICE message. I will get this message whether the USB is plugged in or not.I restart the
