Steps taken so far to resolve installation error: 1) chkdsk c: /f /r ->No errors on disk per event viewer report 2) 3X with reboot after each ran sfc /scannow resolving an issue with storport.sys hash mismatch ->system clean after third attempt with no errors per log files 3) ran dism /online /cleanimage /restorehealth plus reboot with no errors reported in log files->reported as clean OS 5) reset windows installation subsystem but was unable to shut down the cryptographic system due to dependencies resulting in inability to rename or delete catroot2 subdirectory- all other steps work
