Hello,i have had this issue for about 2 months now where whenever i alt+tab or switch from full screen app to anything else (by any means) the whole pc freezes for a few seconds before returning to normal. the display freezes and i can still hear sound (sometimes).i have tried to fix it with other answers here but it didn't worked, i updated windows and browser, cleaned files (including system files with the windows cleaner(?) (don't remember name).and used the win+r command "sysdm.cpl" and it didn't work either. all these solutions worked for a little while (few hours maybe) and then returned
