Why the sudden appearance of "A GENERIC ERROR OCCURRED IN GDI+"???

A generic error occurred in GDI+. at System.Drawing.Image.SelectActiveFrame(FrameDimension dimension, Int32 frameIndex) when making a C# call in windows WPF ( Worked perfectly on 10-aug-2023 BEFORE the .NET 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 update). No code has changed.This morning before I rebooted my machine it was at IMAGE.Save( _memoryStream, FormatOptions.Tiff);I run through the first iteration of the call (i.e. at frameIndex=0) but when I try to get the next image from the TIFF file, i.e. at frameIndex=1, this error happens.Anyone else with this issue?Anyone with the answer?
