I know a lot of people ask this question before, but this one is acting really stubborn. After loading the BIOS and going through the first two loading circles, it cuts to a black screen. My mouse is visible, but it never loads into the login screen. I've looked up many fixes, but none of them have worked. Alt Ctrl Del, Ctrl Shift Esc, and Win Ctrl Shift B do nothing. I unplugged everything besides my keyboard, mouse, VGA connector, and power supply. I've unplugged the power supply cord from both ends and plugged them back in, but nothing works.
