MY LAPTOP SHUTDOWNS DURING 'RESET THIS PC' . IT SHOWING PREPARING WINDOWS ?

i "Reset This PC" and keep the personal files but during this my laptop battery charge is low and i not plugged in. It shutdowns after i turn on my laptop with plugged in and i seen there is "Choose default operating system" a)windows 10 on volume 5 and b)windows 10 on volume 5 .I clicked on option and it restarts . i see accounts and clicked but it showing preparing windows for 30-40 minutes and after i see a blank black screen i also try to troubleshoot but it again showing same thing HELP ME PLEASE
