Hello, I recently purchased a computer with a Microsoft login. I used my old account to set it up and everything was great.. until I turned the computer off and tried to log back in.. it says that since I have logged in onto a new system I have to have a code sent to my phone number.. the problem is, I NO LONGER have that phone number so there is absolutely no way I can get a code and I have tried multiple times to get technical help but they keep saying the info I am submitting is wrong but it's not. How am I supposed to use my new computer when I can't even get the support team to even help!
