Windows 10 Lenovo desktopComputer froze when using Word.Used Alt+Ctrl+Del to shutdown.On starting usual screen image and sigh in.Once signed in black scree for about a minute then on to desktop view but...No items on taskbarNo Start menuSearch box not responsive: no cursor if I click in it and no text if I type in it. So can't do CMD promptNo sound (have tried YouTube).Can't seem to screenshot If I try to open a folder on the desktop I get a dialogue box: see image.I can open MS Edge but if I open something else it disappears.Thank you in advance for your help.Best regards, Rob
