When I download new exe files such as discord installer and run it, it won't do anything; it will not load at all. I tried it with a different installer when I tried to download Anaconda and vs code which would download since the installer won't open; I was going to try on a different user, but all the other users I have disappeared from the start menu. The last one is the user I am currently on but the other top 2 won't show.So it doesn't let me switch users to see if this is just on my account. My main priority right now is not being able to open installers which are exe files such as vs cod
