I've been troubleshooting through issues I've been having playing a video game, league of legends. This has brought me to attempt to run dxdiag, particularly to look at my disc drives (which I believe may be the issue). However, when I run dxdiag, it will get stuck at a particular point of the scan and ask me whether or not I'd like to skip that aspect of the scan and proceed with the remainder of it. When I elect to not skip, and attempt to complete the scan in its entirety, dxdiag never finished. When I elect to skip that aspect of the scan, dxdiag finishes, but I am unable to see my disc dr
