Trying to use DISM to fix files idendified as "couldn't repair" by SFC

I had a problem while attempting to access a particular website from my PC which I could get to from other platforms; therefore started looking at this unit. Ran SFC; got "some files could not be repaired" message. Downloaded/created brand-new ISO thumbdrive, and attempted to use DISM, following examples in this discussion.
